Capital Markets Fund Raising

BNB Finance & Trust Corporation offers the full range of fund raising products to its client base. Through our parent company we can facilitate overdraft facilities to corporations (government and private sector) and through our own offerings:

4. Equity Underwriting
5. Combinations of two or more products

Leasing

Why purchase when you can lease?

It makes good business sense to lease rather than purchase the equipment necessary to run your business. Here's why:
• You can acquire assets with no down payments
• You can better manage your cash flow because lease payments are fixed and are paid monthly or quarterly over a fixed period
• Reduction in taxes as lease payments is treated as expense
• You can have the option to purchase at the end of the lease for a pre-arranged price
Here's how it works:

Once the selection criteria have been satisfied, BNB Finance & Trust Corporation will purchase the asset you select. You physically possess and use the asset for an agreed period for a monthly rent. At lease end you will pay the pre-agreed price and own the asset.

What type of assets:

Assets can be new or used equipment e.g. medical, dental, trucking, towing, construction or new corporate motor vehicles.

This can also be used for sale and leaseback transactions, to convert existing fixed assets into cash for the reduction of debt or the purchase of new assets.

BNB Finance & Trust Corporation manages the BNB family of four mutual funds: Income Fund, Property Fund, Growth Fund and BNB Pension Scheme.

Brokerage Services

In conjunction with our mutual funds activity, we have a seat on the Barbados Stock Exchange, which allows us to trade shares on behalf of clients and for our own account.

Through correspondent relationships we can facilitate the purchase of shares in stocks listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange and the Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange.
